Wi-Fi communication trouble
Improved WiFi communication for a customer in Anegasaki, Ichihara, Chiba.
They have a problem with occasional communication errors (spinning around) when watching Youtube on the TV in the upstairs room.
The same problem also seemed to occur sometimes with smartphones.
We were able to improve the situation by optimizing the wireless LAN settings.
We recommended a wired LAN, but they were concerned about the appearance, so we used a wireless LAN.
After replacing the parent unit and configuring the child unit, they were satisfied that the problem was resolved.
